I am Michael Powell and the trainer for you! I have been training clients since 1993, right out of high school and going strong ever since. I train athletes, models and fitness competitors.

I am dedicated to getting people in the best shape of their life by using a variety of training methods, such as but not limited to; boxing, plyometrics, weight training, TRX, and resistance training.
